          This course defines scores of common diseases in medical terms 
and then differentiates them into their TCM syndromes.
Recommendations are made for treatments using both dietary 
drugs (individual foods) and medicated diet recipes.

         Medicated diet recipes and strategies to 
treat such conditions as: chronic nephritis,
benign prostatic hyperplasia, urolith, CVA,
insomnia, sterility, infantile eneuresis, diabetes,

             Medicated diet to balance the five elements. Treatments for the five viscera: heart-lung-spleen-liver-kidneys medicated diet to tonify the
five viscerae. All recipes are explained in detail.

          Comprehensive medicated diet therapy for cardiovascular and reproductive diseases. The treatments describe the different
syndromes of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, dysmenorrhea, morning

This illustrates how to treat the wood element in its appropriate season.Part Three provides comprehensive medicated diet treatment for hypertension using seven daily meals with detailed analysis of each: morning beverage/breakfast/coffee break/lunch/afternoon break/dinner & dessert
